1. What time can I check into the hotel and what time do I need to check out of the room?
On the day of arrival, access to the rooms is available from 3 PM, although, based mainly on the occupancy of the previous day, we allow check-in if a guest arrives from 12 PM onwards. The check-out time is before 12 PM.
2.Can I have a late check-out?
The departure time is before 12 o'clock, with no free extension. If you need to check out later, please consult with the reception to know the conditions.
3. Can I choose the type of room (double bed or 2 beds)?
Most of our rooms have a double bed of 180 x 200. If you prefer to have 2 single beds, it is better that you let us know by email or through the method you used to make the reservation under "remarks". The choice of bed type is always subject to availability.
4. Where are the spa and gym?
Emotions is a tourism and leisure complex divided into two buildings. The Spa, the gym, the treatment area, and the padle courts are located in the annex building, within the facilities of our Sorli Sports center, with external access.
5. Are there non-smoking rooms?
Smoking is not allowed inside our rooms under any circumstances, except on the balconies or exterior terraces that most of our rooms have.
6. Are there irons available for guests?
The hotel has a limited number of irons and ironing boards available for guests. Ask at reception to find out if they are available.
7. Is it safe to park my car on the street?
The hotel is located in a residential and very quiet area. Nevertheless, the hotel has a large covered parking area that requires payment. Only guests who have made their reservation through the hotel's website have this service included.
8. Do they have airport pickup service?
We do not have our own free service. We can arrange a pickup service with one of the taxis from Vilassar de Dalt. The cost will depend on the pickup time and the number of people. 9. Can I get to the hotel by public service from downtown Barcelona?
Yes, the easiest and most practical way is to do it with the bus service of Moventis company on lines 803-804-805, which stops right in front of the Emocions complex. You can check the schedules at www.moventis.es (Maresme area)
10. What are the differences between the Balcony, Terrace, and Pool rooms?
Our philosophy is that all clients deserve the same equipment in their rooms. The differences are the size of the rooms, the size of the bathroom, and the orientation of the rooms (mountain, interior or sea, respectively). In the case of the Pool rooms, these have a private use terrace with direct access to the hotel's terrace-pool area.
11. What is the hotel's outdoor pool like?
The pool is located on the roof of the building and overlooking the Mediterranean. It is small in size, not heated, and with an approximate depth of 1.1 meters.
12. What type of internet service does the hotel have?
We offer a wifi connection service in all areas of the hotel, free for all our clients.
